Information Collection and Use
This site only collects personally identifiable information when you voluntarily provide such information to Rural Bounty through this site.
The site may place and access cookies when you visit the site. A cookie is a small data file that web sites commonly transfer to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file contains information that will identify your computer each time you visit the site. We use cookies to store visitor preferences plus record and measure traffic to Rural Bounty. A cookie itself does not contain any personally identifiable information. You may choose at any time to set your computer to reject cookies.
Personal Identifiable Information
Upon registering and becoming a member of this site you will be asked for specific personal information related to your farm and/or organization to include: business name, contact name and address, specific business offerings, hours of operation, etc. Rural Bounty does not share, sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Following the registration process you will be assigned a unique user password in order to return and access your member information for updating purposes. This password is for your internal use and will not be accessible to the general public. With the exception of our own staff, no one but you will be able to change the information on your member survey and no one else will be able to view the personal account information that you provided to us.
Rural Bounty may contact you from time to time using the email address you provide at the time of your registration. This contact may be related to your member listing, advertising offers, media contacts and/or membership renewal.
Data Information Submission & Changes
By completing our member survey and downloading photo’s you have hereby given us permission to use your information for public display on our website. All member submissions will be reviewed by Rural Bounty LLC prior to posting online and may be edited or deleted at our sole discretion. We further reserve the right to decline to post any material for any reason and do not guarantee that your business or organization will be posted. If we reject your initial submission your member fee will be returned to you.
At anytime you can log onto your member listing and provide your member password to change and update your farm or association information. No one but someone with your password can change the information on your member survey, with the exception of our own staff, and no one else will be able to see your personal account information. If at any time you cannot access and would like to review your information with us you may do so by contacting us.

With any inquiry, please provide Rural Bounty with a means to identify you and contact you by phone if necessary. Rural Bounty will respond to appropriate requests within a reasonable time.
Payment and Collection
We use a third party payment service to collect our annual member fees and advertising payment. The credit card information provided to the third party is never seen by Rural Bounty LLC.
